Snowberry Ridge is a seven lot subdivision on 70 acres high on a plateau above Emigration Canyon that will encourage all houses to utilize solar thermal and photovoltaic technologies along with passive solar features and energy efficient design to approach net zero energy use. The designs shown are conceptual studies developed during the planning of the project.
